Calvin Klein Fragrances and Marc Jacob Fragrances are seeking a Director, Global Influencer Marketing to support their brands. The role involves developing and executing influencer marketing and PR strategies, with a focus on digital and social communications. The Director will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage global PR and influencer strategies, and work with license partners. Responsibilities include event preparation, talent and influencer relations, and budget management. The ideal candidate is innovative, knowledgeable about social media, influencers, and media outlets, and has strong administrative and communication skills.
Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree
- 10-15+ years of relevant beauty IM/PR experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt to change and multitask
- Experience working globally
Salary Range: $145,000 – $180,000
Note: Coty’s global omni-working policy allows for up to 50% remote work.
