Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that the CRM plan is carried out within the estimated time frame and budget.
  • Generate greater knowledge and analysis into the efficacy of CRM initiatives.
  • Coordinate weekly reviews with relevant stakeholders, obtain budgetary approval, and report on ROI.
  • Create, design, implement, and manage long-term digital marketing strategies, as well as spearheading short-term advertising and marketing solutions.
  • Oversee the digital strategy and lead an experienced team of digital specialists.
  • Send clear communications to customers that are relevant to their requirements and life stage.
  • Work with product and operational teams to identify important opportunities to improve the customer journey and experience.
  • Plan product/service adoption through new channels to meet corporate objectives.

Requirements:

  • Thorough knowledge of Paid Social and Email Marketing
  • In-depth knowledge of analytics, notably Google Analytics
  • Experienced with SEO/SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing, digital ad displays, retargeting, and CRM.
  • Experienced in vendor management
  • Multi-channel marketing based on data and digital brand consistency
  • Has a great ability to create digital brands with high ROI.
  • The ideal candidate should be familiar with Salesforce and Mailchimp, as well as a basic understanding of HTML for email.
  • Skilled at generating traffic to our main site from the front lines of the client journey.
  • Knowledge of Content Management Systems (CMS) and Digital Marketing Systems (DMS).
