Responsibilities:
- Ensure that the CRM plan is carried out within the estimated time frame and budget.
- Generate greater knowledge and analysis into the efficacy of CRM initiatives.
- Coordinate weekly reviews with relevant stakeholders, obtain budgetary approval, and report on ROI.
- Create, design, implement, and manage long-term digital marketing strategies, as well as spearheading short-term advertising and marketing solutions.
- Oversee the digital strategy and lead an experienced team of digital specialists.
- Send clear communications to customers that are relevant to their requirements and life stage.
- Work with product and operational teams to identify important opportunities to improve the customer journey and experience.
- Plan product/service adoption through new channels to meet corporate objectives.
Requirements:
- Thorough knowledge of Paid Social and Email Marketing
- In-depth knowledge of analytics, notably Google Analytics
- Experienced with SEO/SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing, digital ad displays, retargeting, and CRM.
- Experienced in vendor management
- Multi-channel marketing based on data and digital brand consistency
- Has a great ability to create digital brands with high ROI.
- The ideal candidate should be familiar with Salesforce and Mailchimp, as well as a basic understanding of HTML for email.
- Skilled at generating traffic to our main site from the front lines of the client journey.
- Knowledge of Content Management Systems (CMS) and Digital Marketing Systems (DMS).
