Ford Pro Tech Data & Analytics (D&A) is a global team responsible for delivering data services, business intelligence, and advanced analytics solutions for Ford Pro. We are looking for an Integrated Marketing Campaign Analyst with a strong background in analytics across various digital marketing channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Influence the strategic direction of integrated marketing campaigns using historical data and insights to craft effective multi-channel strategies.
  • Lead measurement and testing efforts to provide a comprehensive view of campaign performance across channels.
  • Utilize analytical tools like R, Python, and SQL to identify trends, draw conclusions, and translate findings into marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to create analytic solutions for audience targeting, attribution, and media spend allocation.
  • Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance, providing recommendations for improvement using visualization and storytelling skills.

Requirements:

Qualifications: Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 10+ years of professional experience in Marketing Data & Analytics
  • 5+ years of CRM Analytics experience (profiling, retention, conversion, cross-sell)
  • 5+ years of experience in Digital Campaign Analytics (website, media optimization, creative optimization, A/B test design, engagement scoring)
  • 5+ years of experience with data visualization tools like Datorama, Tableau, Qlik Sense, or Power BI
  • 5+ years of experience in turning customer data into actionable marketing insights
  • 5+ years of hands-on SQL experience
  • 4+ years of experience in cross-functional, agile team environments
  • 4+ years of executive presentation preparation and delivery
  • 3+ years of experience leading marketing measurement design frameworks

Preferred:

  • Master’s Degree
  • Experience with Sales Force CDP, Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud
  • Experience with Adobe Analytics or equivalent web analytics tools
  • Experience with Performance Marketing environments (Safe Haven, Digital Media Platforms)
  • Experience with predictive model development (Look-A-Like, Media Mix, Multi-Touch Attribution Models)
  • Strong collaborative interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, establish priorities, and respond with urgency
  • Proactive problem-solving orientation with great attention to detail
