Responsibilities:
We are seeking a Digital Engagement Strategist with experience in the healthcare industry who can work closely with and assist leading Life Science brands, including those in pharma, biotech, and MedTech.
This is a hybrid post that supports customers by combining the responsibilities of ad operations and analytics, reporting to the director of media and engagement. The ideal applicant will have launched campaigns on a variety of platforms, such as Google, Bing, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others, and will have expertise as a B2B and DTC marketer.
You will be in charge of reporting on and evaluating various digital initiatives that the agency does as part of this function. This covers creating templates for reports as well as analysis, optimizations, and recommendations for mid-and post-campaign reporting on the whole range of digital media (display, paid social, video, email, SEM, website analytics, etc.).
Working closely with multiple digital strategists, account leads, and other media team staff, you will oversee and support our digital ad operations process across all digital media. You will manage campaigns, handling tasks like campaign/ad tracking setup and monitoring, reporting, and dashboards, among others.

Requirements:
- The capacity to examine brands and engagements from a strategic perspective, to build a successful foundation and see it through to completion and expansion, and to mentor both internal teams and external clients.
- organizing, managing, and improving digital media initiatives on a daily basis, such as display, sponsored social media, and search engine marketing.
- Increase the size of current channels and create new ones to ensure that every market may realize its full potential.
- Configure and use Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Google Data Studio/Looker for reporting. Setting up, examining, and reporting conversion events as well as pageview and event level tracking are all part of the analytics experience.
- Create multivariate and A/B testing programs, including banner creative, ad text, and other optimization testing opportunities, for agency clients.
- Prepare and provide campaign reports to customers and colleagues using analytics tools.
- Keep up with the most recent developments in PPC, Paid Social, and Web Analytics.
- Collaborate closely with other strategists, designers, project managers, and developers to offer insights that support brands in a variety of areas, including general interactive designs, branding campaigns, websites, email marketing communication, social media, SEO, and SEM campaigns.

Extra Requirements:
- Experience in healthcare and pharmacy is necessary.
- Three to five years minimum in a similar role

- Excellent client-facing abilities and the capacity to produce comprehensible and useful presentation content
