Position Description

Sparrow is seeking a Digital Demand Generation Manager who will be responsible for developing, planning, executing, and managing end-to-end integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels aimed at lead generation, pipeline acceleration, and revenue growth. The Digital Demand Generation Manager will collaborate with sales to ensure that lead generation tactics are optimized, lead management is effective, and there is maximum sales.

Responsibilities

• Develop, plan, execute, and manage end-to-end integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels for lead generation, pipeline acceleration, and revenue growth.

• Track KPIs and measure the pipeline performance, ensuring a strong ROI using data-driven insights.

• Collaborate closely with sales to implement the feedback loop to optimize lead generation, follow-up strategies, lead management, improve pipeline acceleration, and maximize sales.

• Run experiments to validate hypotheses to improve funnel conversion using industry-standard methods such as AB testing.

• Manage relationships with third-party vendors to drive additional lead generation opportunities.

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Sparrow’s target audience, value proposition, and competitive landscape.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or other related fields (preferred).

• 7+ years of experience developing, owning and executing successful B2B digital demand generation marketing campaigns in either HR Tech or SaaS companies.

• Track record of hitting aggressive pipeline targets and generating revenue in a high-growth, ever-changing environment.

• Hands-on experience running campaigns across multiple channels including SEM, display, email, social, and web.

• Analytical thinker. You love working with data, are skilled at designing campaigns with ROI in mind that is measurable, and seek relentless optimization.

• Self-starter; you can work autonomously and spot opportunities to make things better and take ownership over them.

• Builder mindset who can work individually but is able to thoughtfully and effectively partner cross-functionally and collaboratively.
