Responsibilities:

• Develop concepts and preliminary plans for a comprehensive digital communications plan that are in line with the broader movement building
• Strategy and commercial communications priorities.
• Work pro-actively and effectively with other stakeholders, including important CommsHub members, to guarantee the disciplined execution of the digital comms plan.
• Proprietor of our social media platforms.
• Daily management of all of our web networks.

Requirements:

• 7 years minimum in digital marketing and communications, with a strong background in Web3 and blockchain.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working for or with political organizations, campaigns, civil society organizations, or NGOs.
• Extensive knowledge of designing and executing successful digital communications strategies.
• The capacity to keep an eye on trends and spot innovative opportunities that complement campaign goals.
• A track record of using social media effectively for fundraising, community involvement, campaigning, and/or mobilization.
• Excellent knowledge of political trends, data protection, digital rights, and blockchain advancements.
• The capacity to track and evaluate performance data.
• Excellent organizational abilities; able to start, oversee, prioritize, and finish projects.
• Exceptionally strong sense of self-motivation and attention to detail.
• Capable of working both independently and in a group, under pressure, and with short deadlines.
• Dedication and a readiness to develop.

Extra points:

• The equivalent of a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a comparable disciplineexperience working asynchronously and remotely
• Knowledge of blockchain technology and peer-to-peer networks.
• Working experience for a Status-aligned organization or an open source organization.

Compensation:

The projected salary range for this position is between $70,000 and $100,000 (negotiable, depending on how we evaluate your qualifications and experience throughout our interview process.
