Functions of the Position
- Carry out interesting and interactive instruction in line with the learning goals.
- Showcase and effectively explain to all new hires the values and culture of IBC.
- Analyze the skill levels of the trainee and adapt the teaching approach to suit the learning type of the student
- Analyzing critically the trainees’ comprehension and learning development
- Effectively coach staff members on areas of ignorance or policy infractions.
- Capability to give instruction using several delivery formats.
- Provide suggested terminations of employment for performance issues or policy infractions.
- Complete thorough performance reviews for the trainees.
- Speak with managers, other trainers, and industry leaders about the growth of your trainees.
- Gives top trainers input on training initiatives.
- Organize staff roundtables as needed or requested by Corporate Training
- Does every kind of training that Corporate Training requests
- keeping a precise and current record of the development and accomplishments of the trainees
- Make that the training spaces’ software and equipment are up to date and working properly.
- ensuring the whole learning path of an individual is completed
Needed Proficiencies:
- Excellent presentation abilities to instruct according to learning goals
- Through facilitation abilities, design dynamic learning sessions.
- Capacity to mentor staff members in behaviors, information retention, and soft skills.
- Thorough understanding of the objectives, mission, and learning objectives of the company
