Job Description:

Godel is seeking a result-oriented Learning and Development Specialist who is also a dependable team member, a fast learner, a strong time manager and self-organizer, and who is comfortable working with others. You will answer directly to the Head of Learning and Development and be a member of the worldwide L&D function and team.

DUTIES

• Determine your learning and development needs and offer appropriate blended learning solutions.
• Create, lead, and assess soft skill training programs for individual contributors.
• Project and activity coordination for L&D
• Assume product ownership of L&D systems and tools.
• Encourage different strategies, techniques, and approaches to maintain a learning and always improving culture.
• Take part in multifunctional joint projects

ASSETS

• Education, human resources, business, psychology, or a related L&D degree from university
• Two or more years of successfully working in corporate learning and development
• extensive understanding of the concepts of adult learning, L&D techniques and procedures, and the foundations of performance enhancement for employees
• Firsthand knowledge in developing soft talents
• Design and delivery of training
• Coordination of programs training
• Understanding of digital learning Worked for multinational corporations
• competent in Russian and English
