What you intend to do

  • Researches, designs, develops, and implements effective training solutions in collaboration with a broad team (department managers and supervisors, business representatives, subject matter experts, instructional staff, and program developers).
  • Assesses training needs and analyzes outcomes to establish training requirements and performance gaps
  • Leads training development efforts to guarantee training content consistency across business teams.
  • End-to-end process analysis is used to guarantee that all impacted employees’ training needs are taken into account.
  • Makes contacts with essential company customers and stakeholders.
  • Provides innovative, customer-centric products and services
  • Produces, designs, and edits product, video reviews, and other content for all of our platforms (Website,Web Based Training, Instructor Led Training)
  • Manages assigned projects and does all possible to ensure that they are finished on time and to department standards.
  • Gives supervisor with timely status updates and reports on given projects and organizational performance.
  • Creates and manages internal communication tools such as newsletters, bulletins, and dedicated apps.
  • Leads and stimulates employees who operate as part of a team.
  • Some travel is necessary.
  • Rotating shifts, nights, and weekends may be required.

Everything you’ll need to succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree or comparable experience/training in Instructional Systems Design, Training/Curriculum Development, Teaching, Organizational Development, or a similar discipline.
  • 4 years of experience in curriculum development
  • Extensive practical expertise with ISD principles and the ADDIE process, including adult learning theories, interactive training and learning design ideas, and e-learning design principles.

Education and prior job experience are preferred qualifications.

  • Experience with aviation maintenance is very desirable.
  • FAA Airframe and Powerplant certification Articulate Storyline proficiency
  • Master’s degree in Instructional Systems Design, Training/Curriculum Development, Education, Organizational Development, or a similar subject Association for Talent Development (ATD) and Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) certification
  • ASTD CPLP certification FAA airframe and powerplant certification
  • 1 year of video production experience, including digital video recording, production, sound, and editing techniques, as well as working understanding of FAA, OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory standards relevant to training
