To change the way we educate our consumers, we are now looking for an experienced Instructional Designer to join our team. From conception to delivery, creating captivating digital training materials will be your job as the instructional designer. You will be crucial in making sure that our clients and staff have the abilities and know-how required to fulfill the changing demands of our sector.

Responsibilities:

• Work together with subject matter experts to specify learning objectives, determine training needs, and create instructional materials that are effective.
• Capable at designing and facilitating live workshops both electronically and in person.
• Perform quality checks, evaluations, and modifications of instructional design for materials created internally.
• Create tests and assessments to gauge the success of training materials, and use input to enhance the caliber of instructional designs.
• Keep up with emerging trends and technologies in education to bring creative ideas to the creation and distribution of learning resources.
• Provide interactive, captivating learning experiences that accommodate different learning preferences.
• Keep training budgets and schedules up to date and follow them.

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, such as instructional technology or design.
• Three or more years of expertise creating digital training materials and designing instructional programs.
• Strong communication abilities, including the capacity to create and deliver interesting training materials and presentations.
• Excellent project management abilities as well as the capacity to function both individually and collaboratively.
• Meticulous and has a strategic and innovative mentality.
