Position Description

We are looking for a talented Demand Generation Manager to join our team and create campaigns that drive revenue growth and upsell and cross-sell opportunities. The Demand Generation Manager will be responsible for creating and executing full-funnel marketing campaigns that build awareness and drive pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage end-to-end campaigns including ideation, planning, execution, reporting, and optimization.
• Collaborate with demand generation, product marketing, operations, and sales teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with business goals.
• Analyze customer data to identify trends and insights that inform campaign strategy.
• Manage customer segmentation and targeting for personalized campaigns.
• Collaborate with creative teams to create messaging and visuals that resonate with customers.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize for maximum impact.
• Identify opportunities for customer advocacy and referrals.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices and continuously improve campaign performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
• 6-9 years of experience in marketing with a proven track record of driving revenue growth through customer marketing campaigns.
• Experience building and managing end-to-end campaigns, including developing campaign strategy, creating messaging and visuals, and analyzing campaign performance.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform campaign strategy and optimize campaign performance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling messaging and content.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for customer-centric marketing and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
