A Compliance, Monitoring, Auditing and Data Analytics manager is needed by Amazon’s Pharmacy Compliance team to carry out a compliance monitoring and auditing workplan, manage compliance projects using data analytics, create reporting metrics, and create dashboards for the compliance team. Additionally, this person will assist ongoing analytics requirements for the compliance investigations team, the compliance team for government programs, as well as special compliance projects. Successful candidates should be self-starters who work effectively in teams and with other stakeholders. They should also have excellent communication abilities. This person needs to be creative and capable of working both independently and with others. You will be required to continuously raise the standard for compliance and operational excellence as a member of this team as we quickly expand, develop, and innovate in order to make Amazon Pharmacy the most customer-focused pharmacy on Earth.
Responsibilities:
- Become an authority on the information sources offered by the Amazon pharmacy website.
- Work with the IT teams at Amazon Pharmacy to coordinate compliance and technological requirements.
- Extract information from big databases, then deliver results in a straightforward, uniform report.
- For compliance projects, create trend-analysis reporting and dashboards.
- Inform compliance of data gaps and hazards involved
- Create automation to alert users to odd activities in high-risk zones
- Create a systematic method for data gathering, management, and maintaining data integrity.
What a day looks like
- Establish critical reporting for ongoing risk area monitoring
- Obtain information for important compliance indicators and ongoing business needs monitoring.
- Discuss data requirements with the compliance team’s members, and provide them advice on how to best meet them.
- Take part in compliance meetings to provide advice on how we can keep using data in our work.
- In order to successfully explain findings, create data visualization.

Requirements:
BASIC REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a similar profession; or 4+ years of experience at Amazon that is at least equal. 3+ years of experience in business analysis, analytics, or a related field
- Speaking and writing in business with proficiency
- Excel, SQL, ETL, and advanced working understanding of data warehouse and data mining.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities that may be seen in action.
- Strong communication and active listening abilities
FAVORABLE QUALIFICATIONS
- Knowledge of data use in risk management
- Knowledge of pharmacy or life science compliance powerful communication abilities
- Being at ease using multiple systems and operating in confusing circumstances
- The capacity to prioritize and handle numerous projects at once
- Ability to create and maintain effective working relationships
- Capable of working without direct supervision and self-motivated
- Creative capacity to present complicated data in a clear, understandable manner
- Advanced working understanding of SQL, ETL, and Excel methods for data mining
- Programming experience in at least one of Python, R, Java, C++, Haskell, or a comparable language

Our pay is in line with the cost of labor in different US regions. In our lowest geographic region, the basic salary for this position is $96,900 per year, whereas in our top geographic location, it is $185,000. Pay is based on a number of variables, including market location, and may change in accordance with knowledge, abilities, and experience pertinent to the position.
