Responsibilities:
In order to deliver data-driven solutions and automation aimed at consistently enhancing Crew Resources and Scheduling performance and decision making, Delta Crew Resources and Scheduling is looking for a Co-Op. The Co-Op will work closely with the team in charge of taking on a variety of fascinating and difficult initiatives that immediately result in time and money savings. Delivering solutions to help minimize job completion time and applying project management abilities to ensure all activities are finished on time and within budget are some of the other tasks that may be improved upon via data automation.
The following timetable must be followed by students as they finish their three alternating cycles in Atlanta, Georgia:
- First rotation in spring 2024
- Second rotation: Fall 2024
- Third rotation: summer 2025
Requirements:
- It is necessary to have practical knowledge of data modeling and experience with SQL or database querying tools, including ETL.
- Ability to program in any scripting language, preferably Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Knowledge of techniques for process improvement is preferred.
- Strong computer skills, including a thorough understanding of Excel and VBA

- Strong communication skills in both writing and speaking at all levels.
- A capacity for teamwork
- Must be a full-time student at a college or institution that is accredited.

- Holds a high school diploma, GED, or other equivalent qualification.
