Responsibilities:

  • Utilize a lot of data to reach insightful conclusions.
  • Create and put into action data collection methods and other tactics that maximize data quality and statistical efficacy.
  • Create and manage dashboards and reports to track important metrics and performance indicators. Report and analyze data to the team on a regular basis.
  • Work together with cross-functional teams to pinpoint problem areas and create fixes to improve corporate operations.
  • Team members should receive instruction and assistance on data analysis methods and resources.

Requirements:

  • Two years at least of DOMO experience
  • MajorDOMO Accreditation Necessary
  • A bachelor’s degree in business, statistics, mathematics, computer sciences, or a similar discipline, as well as three or more years of experience in data analysis, reporting, business intelligence, or financial analysis
  • two years of experience giving businesses reports on people analytics
  • demonstrated proficiency with DOMO and SQL
  • familiarity with private and sensitive person data in a global setting
  • Examine, assess, refine, and record procedures and work flows. Spot and seize possibilities for process simplification and automation.
  • a track record of creating, implementing, and encouraging user adoption of new processes.
  • strong familiarity with the capabilities and best practices of Salesforce.com
  • strong skills in data handling
  • a track record of effectively overseeing projects through completion
  • a track record of comprehending and communicating difficult requirements
  • Outstanding abilities in project management and a positive outlook
  • Must exhibit outstanding communication abilities both in writing and speaking
  • Must be able to communicate well at all organizational levels. Must be familiar with the Apple software ecosystem and possess a Mac computer (iOS, macOS, iWork, etc.)
