Responsibilities:

  • Data about products should be analyzed, interpreted, and transformed to spot major trends, themes, hazards, and business possibilities.
  • For a range of stakeholder audiences, create, maintain, and continually improve standard reports and dashboards.
  • Ad-hoc reporting should be done when required by the company (often with need for quick turn-around)
  • As per standard operating practices, make sure the reports are accurate, consistent, and honest.
  • Control and arrange the report collection
  • Manage, create, and optimize reporting processes proactively to increase productivity without compromising quality for specific requests, monthly/quarterly reporting, and ad-hoc reporting requirements.
  • Develop and maintain performance metrics dashboards and reports for presentation at all organizational levels, spanning the Customer Success and Product Management groups.
  • To make it easier to understand data, create, maintain, and improve data visualization components in NAVEX’s CRM (dashboards, scorecards)
  • Using analytical methods, determine and simulate the links between particular data points and important metrics.
  • Do a root cause investigation and make recommendations to fix data flaws.
  • Control the team’s Git repository

Requirements:

  • An undergraduate degree or relevant job experience
  • 2+ years of data analytics experience
  • The ability to solve problems creatively and with great attention to detail
  • Having knowledge of cleaning and manipulating massive data volumes to get insights
  • Possessing the ability to accurately gather, organize, analyze, and disseminate information while translating business requirements into transparent and easily accessible reporting
  • Experience with reporting tools and packages, with an emphasis on MS Excel, Salesforce, Python, R, and SQL databases, as well as statistical knowledge
  • The capacity to simultaneously arrange several projects, set priorities, and work to deadlines
  • Being familiar with relational databases
  • Good communication abilities both verbally and in writing, as well as a desire to interact with people at all levels and from a range of backgrounds

  • After six months on our team, every team member is required to review their career plan with their manager.
  • For this position, the beginning salary must be at least $60,000.
  • Performance determines how a pay scale advances.
