Responsibilities:

  • Assist product, engineering, and design teams in comprehending and evaluating the success of their products, businesses, and customers by establishing OKRs together, creating dashboards, doing in-depth analysis, and exchanging data insights.
  • Engage stakeholders using compelling data storytelling to convey/present actionable findings.
  • Develop, produce, automate, and manage reports that lead to a better comprehension of the full customer lifecycle and how products are used.
  • Actively share reports, dashboards, and insights with both technical and non-technical audiences, asking for input on areas for improvement.
  • Work together with product managers, data engineers, and other teams to enhance our data architecture and make sure our analytics instrumentation is future-proof.

Requirements:

  • Five or more years in a similar job as a data scientist, data engineer, data analyst, or other
  • A bachelor’s degree in an analytical field—such as engineering, applied mathematics, statistics, or economics—or comparable real-world experience
  • Advanced knowledge in using SQL to query and work with huge datasets
  • Outstanding communication abilities, including the capacity to simplify complex conclusions or technical methods into data stories that are simple to comprehend
  • A track record of leveraging data to motivate product teams to meet challenging objectives and have an impact on business-level results
  • familiarity with dashboard creation and upkeep as well as visualization.
  • expertise using business intelligence (BI) tools like Looker, Mode, PowerBI, Metabase, Tableau, etc.
  • The capacity to adjust and function autonomously in a hectic, dynamic, and deadline-driven setting
  • Desired specifications:
  • proficiency in a scripting language such as Python, R, or another
  • a graduate degree (MS, PhD) in an analytical subject, such as engineering, applied mathematics, statistics, or economics.
