Responsibilities:
In order to provide data-driven solutions and automation targeted at continuously enhancing Crew Resources and Scheduling performance and decision making, Delta Crew Resources and Scheduling is looking for a cooperative partner. The Co-Op will collaborate closely with the group in charge of taking on a variety of fascinating and difficult initiatives that immediately save money and effort. Delivering solutions to help shorten job completion times, using project management skills to make sure all tasks are finished on schedule and under budget, and identifying manual processes that are already in place that may be enhanced through data automation and designing/implementing a replacement.
Requirements:
WHAT ARE THE MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED TO SUCCEED
- It is necessary to have functional understanding of data modeling and experience with SQL or database querying tools, including ETL.
- Capable of scripting in any language (Python, Bash, PowerShell), but preferably
- Preferably, familiarity with process improvement approaches
- Strong computer abilities and a thorough understanding of Excel, especially VBA
- Thinking beyond the box
- Strong project management, personal management, and organizing abilities
- Strong communication abilities both in writing and speaking at all levels
- Capacity to function well in groups
- Need must be enrolled full-time at a college or university that has been accredited.
- Curiosity, a sense of humor, an openness to trying new things, and perseverance in the face of difficulty are highly valued traits.
- Constantly puts one’s own, other people’s, and personal data’s safety and security first.
- Welcomes a variety of voices, viewpoints, and fashions.
- Possesses a GED, a high school diploma, or the equivalent.
- Possesses the legal right to work in the US and is at least 18 years old.
