In order to oversee the development of the upcoming generation of building operations and energy software products, Gridium is seeking a Data Analyst. This is an entry-level job primarily involving data input.
Responsibilities:
Utility bills and use data are the main types of consumer data that a data analyst will enter and audit. A typical week might consist of the following:
- Establishing new accounts entails gathering the required data from utility websites and PDF bills and creating a new account file.
- Helping with outdated data: ensuring we get the most recent information available by visiting utility websites.
- Reviewing bills to make sure the billing information matches the utility bill PDF and several other checks is known as interval data and utility bill auditing.
- Data collection from Excel and PDF files, upload format, and database upload are the steps involved in uploading usage and bill data.
- Projects for ad hoc data entry and administration.
Requirements:
- An individual with attention to detail, a quick learner, and comfort in a quickly evolving startup setting is what we are searching for.
- It is essential to have intermediate or higher Microsoft Excel proficiency.
- It is preferable to have prior data entry and analysis experience.
- All full-time workers of Gridium are required to have received a COVID-19 vaccination, unless a valid medical or religious exemption is granted.
- You must be a resident of the United States at the present time and legally authorized to work there.
