In order to close process and system gaps, our data analyst will be a member of a team that also provides end-user and strategic support, human-centered design, and data quality assurance.

Responsibilities:

• Oversees requests for data reporting to guarantee the timely and proper preparation of reports. Ensures that the requestor is satisfied with the format and usability of the final product by coordinating with the report creators to get the information needed for the report.
• Analyzing large, complicated data sets to find patterns and insights.
• Advancing data migration/engineering build and implementation projects in collaboration with the customer data engineering team.
• Creating, modifying, and testing Tableau-based Executive, Operational, and Management BI Dashboards.
• Keeps track of requirements for the relative frequency of problems, persistent difficulties, and unsolved issues. It is also able to supply relevant documentation, workflows, analytics, and details on the problems that users face.
• Examine the areas where users could gain from more instructions and documentation on how to use the system, or where it could improve internal and external structure and efficacy.
• Tableau import and export capabilities, the ability to display results in dashboards, and the flexibility to automate tasks when practical
• Promote all facets of data analytics, analytical techniques, and visualization tasks, such as developing standards, overseeing procedures, and offering guidance and context for investigating and making use of new technology.
• Expertise with server-side processing and data storage using contemporary open-source software programs.
• Handles and replies to user emails, Teams channels, and direct messages in order to address issues with online application user assistance.
• Maintains user lists, POC reports, and other platforms and mechanisms for distribution and communication with important stakeholders.
• Possesses the capacity to recognize when troubleshooting has hit a “dead end” and that you must elevate the problem to your supervisor or other significant stakeholders in order to have it resolved.
• As needed, get in touch with end users to exchange updates and obtain information.

• Record the procedures used to finish recurring or routine jobs.
• When needed, do some research and pick up some new programming tricks and tools.
• Manage and scale the handling and storage of massive data sets.
• Competence in interpreting, evaluating, and analyzing various product data sets.
• The capacity to explain technical ideas to non-technical people when needed.

Requirements:

• Calls for effective communication techniques and the readiness to be pleasantly persistent when attempting to fix a problem, either with the user or with the persons in charge of handling a problem.
• Familiarity with building and maintaining Tableau dashboards.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, Data Visualization, Data Analytics, Data Management, Business Intelligence, Tableau, PowerBI, Data Modeling, and Data Warehousing is not mandatory.
• Knowledgeable about Databricks, SQL, Python, and statistical data analysis.
