Responsibilities:

  • Handles and replies to user emails, Teams channels, and direct messages in order to address issues with online application user assistance.
  • Maintains user lists, POC reports, and other platforms and mechanisms for distribution and communication with important stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Calls for effective communication techniques and the readiness to be pleasantly persistent when attempting to fix a problem, either with the user or with the persons in charge of handling a problem.
  • Familiarity with building and maintaining Tableau dashboards.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, Data Visualization, Data Analytics, Data Management, Business Intelligence, Tableau, PowerBI, Data Modeling, and Data Warehousing is not mandatory.
  • Knowledgeable about Databricks, SQL, Python, and statistical data analysis.
