Position Description

Refine Labs, a leading B2B demand marketing agency, is seeking an experienced and creative Senior Copywriter to join their remote team. You will work closely with the Associate Creative Director and Senior Graphic Designer to produce engaging visuals suited for all platforms and guide creative messaging. Building and executing creative campaigns across all digital and social media channels for B2B SaaS/Tech brands, including social media ads, landing pages, and more. To be successful, you must bring a strong voice to the brand and consistently generate compelling copy for paid media assets, website, and more.

Responsibilities

– Create a consistent brand tone of voice
– Produce compelling stories, clever headlines, and write video scripts and other marketing collateral
– Work closely with the creative team to produce engaging visuals
– Full project management responsibility from conception to production, including sales enablement materials, social media ads, landing pages, and more.
– Create digital creative campaigns for all platforms and guide creative messaging
– Understand and optimize created assets based on performance data
– Effectively manage multiple projects and stakeholders

Qualifications

– 5+ years of professional-level experience in copywriting required, either external or internal agency
– Experience writing creative campaigns across all channels, especially on social and digital platforms
– Deep understanding of major social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and emerging platforms
– Compelling portfolio showcasing digital experience and strong conceptual thinking
– Creativity and innovative spirit – always thinking one step ahead
– Team player with strong interpersonal skills
– Empathy for the team, partners, clients, and their customers
– Understanding of fundamental marketing engagement and customer experience practices
– Experience in B2B communications preferred

Salary Range:

This role pays from $90,000-$100,000 per annum, depending on years of experience and expertise.
