Responsibilities:
- Provide flight training with curriculum, compliance, or training assistance.
- Together with the Flight Training support teams, complete the project’s tasks.
- As assigned, provide subject-matter expert guidance for project tasks.
- When necessary, update or create new training materials.
- Monitor individual development and update relevant leaders on the status of your projects.
- Review established practices and offer comments on modifications
- Specific obligations as delegated by the management of flight training
Requirements:

- Holds a high school diploma, GED, or other equivalent qualification.
- Possesses legal permission to work in the US and is at least 18 years old.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with the infrastructure used by flight operations
- Exceptional written, oral, and presentational skills.
- A strong knowledge of computers, including the ability to use Office 365 and other Delta/DPS programs.
- Work in a hurried setting while paying attention to details
