Position Description:

Reunion Marketing seeks a diligent Content Manager to lead our content initiatives for both internal and client projects. This role requires managerial skills, proficiency in content strategy, keyword research, and integrating AI-powered content. The ideal candidate should have an experimental approach to new content strategies and work closely with the Client Success team to ensure client satisfaction and growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Lead the content team, ensuring quality and adherence to brand guidelines, managing resources, and overseeing team development.
  • Content Delivery & Quality Assurance: Ensure timely and quality delivery of client content, monitoring and meeting all deadlines.
  • Keyword Research & Training: Perform comprehensive keyword research and conduct advanced keyword research training for the team.
  • Collaboration: Work with development and Client Success teams to enhance client-facing software and align content strategies with client goals.
  • AI Integration: Lead the use of AI-generated content, provide training on AI tools, and collaborate with tech teams for integration.
  • Content Experiments: Develop and conduct content strategy experiments, collaborating with the Design team for new page types.

Requirements:

  • 2-3+ years of experience in SEO, preferably with a content focus or auto industry background.
  • Solid understanding of AI in content development, with a willingness to stay abreast of industry changes.
  • Google Analytics certification is a plus.
  • Proficiency in internet navigation and learning new digital technologies.
  • Open to remote applicants, but local candidates preferred for easier office collaboration.
