In order to design and disseminate our social media strategy and content, you will be managing our Discord and Twitter communities while collaborating with our lead for community engagement and marketing teams.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing communities and social media platforms, have a track record of delivering quantifiable brand growth, have a deep understanding of the crypto, NFT, and metaverse industries, and be up to date on Web3 marketing trends. This is not your typical community management position because you will be in charge of creating, fostering, and managing a varied, worldwide community while expanding and engaging global online communities through various channels to promote good perceptions of ClubRare and its ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

  • To increase ClubRare’s visibility in the US and around the world, manage the Twitter, Discord, and Telegram communities for ClubRare and produce high-quality content to promote NFT drops or any platform changes.
  • Create campaigns that encourage user engagement and growth while also educating people.
  • To present and promote drops, guides, and instructional information in the community, run contests, AMAs, virtual meet-ups, contests, and online shows.
  • Plan and create engaging high-quality campaigns, activities, and content for our Discord and Twitter platforms to increase community participation.
  • Develop Community Ambassador Programs, Referral Programs, Bounty Campaigns, Virtual Events, games/trivia, and much more!
  • To find and seize marketing opportunities, areas for development, and services, gather community feedback.
  • support the creation and enforcement of best practices on Discord.
  • Drives the implementation of engagement methods and activation concepts to help enhance the community experience. Contributes to their conception.
  • Keeping track on member engagement, gathering feedback, and making improvement suggestions.
  • Capable of handling uncertainty and muddy waters.
  • Work together to achieve company objectives with the Marketing, Support, Product, and Development teams.

Requirements:

  • At least three years in a similar position as a community manager. experience and knowledge in forming communities.
  • Working on a Web3 project that encourages community involvement for at least a year.
  • Passionate about Metaverse and NFTs.
  • Fluency in the language or maternal tongue. A high level of English is required.
  • I have extensive knowledge of Twitter and Discord, and I’ve organized events, town halls, online discussions, and AMAs.
  • Knowledge of how to use Telegram strategically and tactically to achieve goals. Experience with Telegram.
  • Emotionally strong, capable of working in a worldwide team, and able to communicate.
  • The capacity to introduce and regulate frameworks or best practices for community development.
  • Experience running community-focused projects like AMAs, ambassador schemes, advocacy schemes, etc.
  • Self-starter with background in marketing and customer service, as well as familiarity with decentralized technology.
  • Able to develop an agenda, prioritize tasks, and operate freely with little guidance.
  • Even though we are an entirely remote organization, we would prefer that you are available during US business hours (PST, CT, and EST) to enable better communication with your core team.
