In addition to providing freelance assistance, community managers at Likeable are an essential component of our community management team. They collaborate closely with our full-time staff to gain expertise in social media and effectively represent our customers. CMs act as our clients’ eyes, ears, and voices on social media, extending their teams.

Responsibilities:

During designated community management hours, respond to inquiries and remarks on clients’ branded social media channels, making sure that the brand voice and a high standard of responsiveness are upheld.
Follow an escalation procedure to guarantee that problems and emergency situations are properly reported to the relevant internal and external teams.
Help find influencers and brand advocates for possible collaborations on client campaigns. Assist with scheduling and posting material in real-time across client social channels in compliance with the client content calendar.
Contribute to the identification of community insights and trends that will be used in monthly reports and to guide future strategic and artistic direction

Non-essential Work Activities

In the absence of a full-time social media manager, directly oversee clients’ CM demands

Requirements:

Available for shifts on the weekends, nights, and holidays; can fill in on occasion during the workweek.
strong ability to communicate in writing
Social media interest and up to two years of related experience are preferred.
It is ideal if you have prior experience with community management software such as Khoros (Spredfast), Social Studio, Sprout Social, and Sprinklr.
a customer-focused attitude and a strong desire to revitalize businesses on social media (related experience a plus)
