Parsley Health is seeking a Part-Time Health Coach to join their team. In this role, you will work with a caseload of patients, serving as their accountability partner to help them make lasting lifestyle changes that benefit both physical and mental wellbeing. This position is part-time and remote, reporting to the Lead Health Coach.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Parsley clinicians to create individual care plans based on patient evaluations and diagnostic tests.
• Assist patients in making nutrition and lifestyle changes to enhance their physical and mental health.
• Act as an accountability partner, guiding patients in setting realistic action steps and holding them accountable for their goals.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans when necessary, in coordination with Parsley clinicians.
• Conduct virtual visits and maintain regular email communication with patients.
• Document patient goals and provide resources through an online record and patient portal.
• Develop resources such as handouts and condition-specific protocols for members.
• Adhere to organizational policies, procedures, and protocols.

Requirements:

• Experience and/or training in functional nutrition/functional medicine.
• Minimum of 2 years of health coaching experience, or coaching at least 50 people.
• Certification in health coaching (IFM, IIN, or similar) or Registered Dietitian, Master in Nutrition, Clinical Nutrition Specialist.
• Strong time management and customer service skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
• Proficiency in Mac-based digital platforms, web tools, social media, and the ability to adapt to new platforms like electronic medical record systems.

Nice-to-haves:

• Familiarity with MacBook, Google Suite, Slack, and Zoom.

Note: Parsley Health follows a geo-neutral compensation approach, meaning pay is determined by job function and level, not location. The starting salary for this role ranges from $46,941 to $53,023, depending on skills and experience.
