Position Description

Enova is currently seeking a Customer Sales Representative to join their Call Center Sales team. The successful candidate will work with customers who are interested in loans and assist them through the application and signature process. Additionally, you will ensure customer satisfaction and minimize loan withdrawals by overcoming customer’s concerns and selling them on the company’s products’ features and benefits. This is a full-time work from home position, and the candidate must reside within 100 miles of Chicago, IL, or South Jordan, UT.

Responsibilities

– Handle inbound calls effectively and guide customers through the loan application process
– Ensure customer satisfaction by providing a clear understanding of the company’s products and services
– Initiate outbound calls to customers who have not completed their loan application
– Demonstrate excellent customer service through verbal and written communication
– Maintain up-to-date information for customer accounts

Qualifications

– Entry-level position with no previous experience required.
– High school diploma or equivalent required.
– Must have sales, customer support, or call center support experience.
– Ability to work weekends and must have excellent communication and analytical skills.
