Responsibilities:

• Handle a high volume of inbound customer contacts to support and enhance the financial well-being of customers.
• Meet daily qualitative and quantitative targets individually and as a team, ensuring service, productivity, and quality objectives are achieved.
• Document all communications and procedures as per policy.

Requirements:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of call center experience.
• Technical proficiency and ability to navigate multiple programs and applications simultaneously.
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Office Suite.
