Position Description

Aston Carter is looking for a Customer Service Representative in Flint, Michigan, to work in a remote and full-time position. The primary responsibility of the Customer Service Representative will be to establish and maintain a positive relationship with customers through inbound and outbound calls. This role offers ample opportunities for growth within a Healthcare and Finance Environment.

Responsibilities

– Receive and answer requests and inquiries of customers through inbound/outbound calling.
– Determine customers’ needs and provide them with relevant and timely information.
– Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism while managing a high volume of calls.
– Operate computerized systems to gather, review, and process customers’ information and transactions.
– Collaborate closely with other departments to perform customer follow-ups and deliver resolution of concerns.

Qualifications

– At least 2 years of customer service experience in inbound/outbound calling.
– Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office with a proven experience of Excel.
– Ability to multitask, with a detail-oriented and customer service mindset.
– Demonstrated willingness to learn, adapt, and grow.
