Responsibilities:
To answer to questions and requests from members and other people within a high volume, time-driven, and structured contact center operation that operates around the clock. To provide the best member experience and customer service, provide information about the client’s products and services while displaying knowledge, active listening, multiple system adaptation, and engagement techniques. Execute transactions or related tasks for savings, checking, personal loans, credit cards, IRAs, and/or other accounts. Inform members about additional goods and services that can meet their needs and offer chances for fruitful member connection.
