- Experience with PC and Windows environment is required.
- Preferred: Experience with Mac.
Responsibilities:
Basic Purpose and Objectives:
- Provide inbound and outbound general and technical support to internal customers.
- Demonstrate a friendly and helpful attitude.
- Focus on resolving issues efficiently during the first contact.
Overall Functions and Responsibilities:
- Shifts covering center hours from 7am to 9pm Monday through Friday and 9am to 5pm on Saturday and Sunday.
- May require rotating shifts and weekend work.
- Provide accurate answers to internal customer questions or concerns via phone, email, or chat.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently via phone, email, or chat.
- Call remote employees efficiently.
- Serve as an escalation point when necessary.
- Independently resolve routine issues and report non-routine issues to management.
- Document all handled issues.
- Stay updated on issues impacting internal customers and utilize support resources.
- Perform other assigned duties.
