Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Preferred: Call center experience.
  • Friendly and helpful attitude with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong team player.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent attendance record.
  • Experience with PC and Windows environment is required.
  • Preferred: Experience with Mac.

Responsibilities:

Basic Purpose and Objectives:

  • Provide inbound and outbound general and technical support to internal customers.
  • Demonstrate a friendly and helpful attitude.
  • Focus on resolving issues efficiently during the first contact.

Overall Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Shifts covering center hours from 7am to 9pm Monday through Friday and 9am to 5pm on Saturday and Sunday.
  • May require rotating shifts and weekend work.
  • Provide accurate answers to internal customer questions or concerns via phone, email, or chat.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently via phone, email, or chat.
  • Call remote employees efficiently.
  • Serve as an escalation point when necessary.
  • Independently resolve routine issues and report non-routine issues to management.
  • Document all handled issues.
  • Stay updated on issues impacting internal customers and utilize support resources.
  • Perform other assigned duties.
