An analyst is needed to place outbound calls to our current clientele. The chosen applicant will gather important data when required and alert clients about impending account action. Customers will be able to completely comprehend the purpose of the call through polite and professional interactions. This position is remote. It is mandatory for all eligible applicants to possess complete authorization to work in the US without the need for sponsorship or C2C.

Responsibilities:

  • Notify current clients of impending account changes by making prompt, courteous outbound calls to them utilizing a script.
  • Verify customer information while on the phone and arrange for the gathering of any other data that may be required, such as further emails or phone calls if necessary.
  • Record each attempt at a call, along with the time and date, and whether or not someone answers.
  • Check that all of the customer’s information is understandable and in line with the instructions given.
  • Keep track of, escalate, and assist with any questions that are unanswered during the conversation in order to guarantee that the consumer receives the information they have requested.

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with working in a call center.
  • strong interpersonal and communication abilities
  • competent with Microsoft Excel.
  • Salesforce experience is desired.
  • A bachelor’s degree is recommended.
