Responsibilities:
- Deliver first-rate service and cultivate connections with our clients via efficient phone, chat, email, and social media communication.
- Calls will be made to handle product inquiries, warranty inquiries, returns and refunds, and package logistics.
Requirements:
- One year of experience in customer service
- High-speed Internet (50 Mbps download) and Type 40 WPM
- peaceful, distraction-free workplace
- Graduate of high school or its equivalent
WORKSIDE SETTING:
- Remote yet required to reside in Colorado, Arizona, or Texas.
- Position on contract till February
Timetable:
- Mon–Fri 8 a.m.–6 p.m. MST
- Regular Timetable: 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. MST Monday through Saturday (Schedule is bimonthly; no defined schedule exists.)
