Responsibilities:
- Complete new hire training and pass compliance testing.
- Monitor medical alert alarms, secondary alarms, and inbound calls.
- Handle emergency and non-emergency calls for services such as police, fire, and ambulance.
- Answer customer inquiries using scripted and non-scripted responses.
- Record call details and dispatch services as needed.
- Troubleshoot alarm systems and report malfunctions.
- Relay information and messages to appropriate agencies.
- Maintain security of sensitive materials.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Fluent in Spanish.
- Minimum internet speeds: 5Mbps download, 2Mbps upload.
- Ability to work flexible hours and overtime.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently or in teams.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong multitasking abilities.
