Call Center Agent – Overnight Customer Service Jobs Remote

Responsibilities:

• Complete new hire training and pass compliance testing.
• Monitor medical alert alarms, secondary alarms, and inbound calls.
• Handle emergency and non-emergency calls for services such as police, fire, and ambulance.
• Answer customer inquiries using scripted and non-scripted responses.
• Record call details and dispatch services as needed.
• Troubleshoot alarm systems and report malfunctions.
• Relay information and messages to appropriate agencies.
• Maintain security of sensitive materials.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Fluent in Spanish.
• Minimum internet speeds: 5Mbps download, 2Mbps upload.
• Ability to work flexible hours and overtime.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently or in teams.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong multitasking abilities.
