Position Description

Aprio, an industry-leading CPA and advisory firm, is seeking a Business Operations Manager to join our Growth team in ensuring our clients are prepared for wherever their business takes them. Operating in over 15 locations across the U.S. and the Philippines, Aprio values strategic foresight and innovation, always seeking what’s next. Our ideal candidate will work closely with our Chief Growth Officer, Growth Leadership team, Finance and other Shared Services groups to optimize our daily operations, manage our team budget, and automate and innovate our processes to align with Aprio’s objectives and key results (OKRs).
Responsibilities
• Assist with the coordination and management of projects or initiatives including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, organizing files and documents, and maintaining databases or records.
• Facilitate smooth communication and coordination between different departments and teams across the firm, acting as a liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Compiling and organizing operational data, reports, and metrics, ensuring accuracy and completeness of documentation.
• Assist with the implementation and improvement of operational processes and procedures including developing workflows, documenting standard operating procedures (SOPs), and providing support in process optimization initiatives.
• Identify operational issues or bottlenecks and participate in problem-solving efforts.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and policies.
• Assist in training new team members and coordinating onboarding processes.
• Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the growth team, contributing ideas, participating in brainstorming sessions, and assisting in implementing process enhancements.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement to streamline data analysis and reporting.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities effectively, ensuring that campaigns are executed on time, on budget, and meet business objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to be flexible, positive, and well organized.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree in business, marketing operations or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in business administration, operations, or related field.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with Power BI is a plus
• Experience with CRM (HubSpot) and/or other project management-related tools (e.g. ClickUp, etc.) is a bonus.
