Responsibilities
- Help with day-to-day operations and the rhythm of the business’ (ROB) finance and process management tasks.
- Provide reports on budget execution and expenditure patterns to assist spend analysis, efficiency, and leadership decision making. Handle Operational Cost and Headcount Budgets in Close Collaboration With Finance.
- Drive team operations procedures and tool management to aid in the smooth running of the company, and make suggestions for process enhancements as necessary.
- Handle the discretionary team budget in accordance with all Microsoft regulations while working with stakeholders in finance and budget.
- Find ways to use Power BI to create, gather, report, and enhance KPIs for the budget, personnel, Capex, and other relevant metrics.
- Support unique initiatives across the entire organization as necessary.

Minimum Requirements/Required Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in a Related Field PLUS 4+ Years of Experience in Financial Management, Business Planning, Operations Management, Strategy, Project Management, Human Resources, or Business-Related Roles
- OR comparable experience.
