Position Description:

The ideal applicant is acquainted with the GCS account development and sales teams and will coordinate with important partners to guarantee coordination and collaboration on strategic targets. Occupational Duties:

• Put your attention on strategic thought leadership, including controlling your sales team’s portfolio strategy, goal-setting process, incentive program, ROE, and treatment effectiveness in comparison to company objectives.
• Establish trusting relationships with US SME Field Sales teams by learning about their goals and issues in the workplace.
• Effectively persuade, bargain, and pivot to achieve a strong company output balanced with employee and customer satisfaction.
• By offering proactive business assessments and selecting solutions for prompt deployment, ensure effective channel performance. Encourage data-driven decision-making and work with partners to evaluate and improve business performance.
• Serve as a point of contact for multiple teams to promote innovation and to find and distribute best practices. Promote process re-engineering, automation, and continuous transformation
• Create, organize, and carry out strategic initiatives, such as acting as a communication hub.
• Organize, inspire, and develop a talented, strong, and highly engaged team.
