We are searching for a motivated Business Development Representative in the Eastern, Western, or Central regions to support our larger Sales team with internal organizational and administrative tasks. Together with Internal Sales Associates and Regional Directors, you will be a key member of our team as we work toward our challenging goals for revenue growth. Our Internal Sales Manager receives direct reporting for this position. This is a fantastic chance for you to launch a sales career while gaining the knowledge and training in the backend that forms a solid foundation in sales.

You are a strong team player in a fast-growing company with experience working as an intern in business development. More significantly, you thrive on the challenge of creating and honing the operational pace of a successful alliance for the benefit of your bigger sales team, your regional team, and the Vestwell company as a whole. You’re quite good at balancing conflicting demands and adjusting to a quick-changing work environment. After all, we’re a growth stage startup. Finally, but most definitely not least, you have an innovative mindset and a spirit of entrepreneurship.

Requirements:

• Experience working as an intern, ideally in an administrative support or business development capacity
• enthusiasm for establishing excellent communication skills through internal and external initiatives involving chat, email, phone, and social media queues
• Ability to coordinate, mentor, and support several team members through effective writing and verbal communication
• Self-starter with the ability to work well in a team setting; strong familiarity with Salesforce and other sales technologies
• Demonstrated capacity to prioritize a variety of tasks and projects, adjust to changing requirements, and take on new challenges every day

• Knowledge of the specified contribution space is advantageous!
