You will be in charge of expanding Bebop to become one of the top decentralized trading platforms in the B2B market. You will come up with the plan and carry it out by using your best business judgment, persuasion abilities, and creativity related to the web 3. You will be a part of a small, vibrant team of product, community, design, and development specialists.
Create and implement a business development strategy to encourage collaborations and expansion for Bebop.
Responsibilities:
- Establish connections with influential DeFi and cryptocurrency community members, such as investors, partners, and B2B clients, to ensure fruitful collaboration and company expansion.
- To provide the greatest conditions for Bebop, identify and assess potential cooperation prospects as well as negotiate agreements and contracts.
- Develop go-to-market plans with the help of the product and marketing teams to ensure the effective introduction of new product features.
- Perform market research and competitive analysis to pinpoint market trends and business prospects. This entails obtaining consumer feedback, evaluating product features, developing launch strategies, etc.
- To increase brand recognition, represent Bebop in conferences, events, and other professional gatherings.
Requirements:
- Excellent background in a high-performing company’s growth department, partnerships, or business development.
- A history of having a noticeable impact on important indicators, and the ability to provide specific examples.
- An advantage is having prior experience working for a DeFi protocol.
- Being knowledgeable about DeFi protocols, trading, and the cryptocurrency market is highly advantageous; also, being willing, capable, and curious in learning the fundamentals of blockchain technology and DeFi trading
- Expertise with a variety of growth/business development issues; you don’t have to have experience with them all, but you should be able to figure out any that you don’t have experience with.
- Developing and administering partnership contracts and agreements.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with the capacity to establish and sustain connections with clients and partners.
- Good problem-solving abilities; you should be able to work through issues from the ground up and come up with answers.
- Good organizational abilities – you have a reputation for keeping track of things, whether large and small, and ensuring that everyone is informed.
- Thinking large, taking calculated chances, being motivated by market feedback, and being prepared to put in extra time and effort are all characteristics of the entrepreneurial/ownership attitude.
