In a matrix setting, takes the lead on mid-sized quality and analytical processes and projects, or parts of a bigger project, that are involved in the evaluation of needs and/or the creation of new practices, policies, or processes to deal with extremely complicated provider data challenges.

assembles and evaluates data to find chances for improvement. utilizing a variety of analytical tools, offers management useful information and suggestions on matters relating to business people, processes, and technology.

creates, develops, collects, and improves executive and line-of-business scorecards as well as clear and decisive information. establishes measurement methodologies, tools, scorecards, and survey definitions and consultations. offers measurement and cost-saving assistance for accurate data management.

In a broad company organization or across functional areas, I’ll work as an individual contributor on difficult analytical procedures applying judgment, fact, and discretion.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute project portfolio management techniques, identifying areas for improvement, obtaining data, doing analysis, and recommending controls or other steps to assure the accuracy of Provider data for Consuming Use.
  • Coordinating numerous intricate, time-sensitive projects intended to produce certain results:
  • Able to coordinate departmental efforts to recognize, prioritize, and evaluate the effects of business process issues and consumption flaws.
  • Can take the initiative to design data acquisition plans.
  • Able to manage and instruct a team in analysis activities to meet stated goals
  • Utilize rigorous methodologies to analyze and evaluate business processes and technology, looking at both upstream and downstream data consumers to find the reasons of variance, improvement possibilities, and solutions.
  • based on factual investigation, identify areas that could use improvement
  • may effectively communicate to management recommendations for steps to fix company issues by summarizing analysis results.
  • Map the data flow across business processes using process maps in management, operations, and delivery.
  • To demonstrate the influence of business outputs on customers, collect and define baseline business indicators.
  • To find possibilities in corporate processes, use trend analysis.
  • Examine the accuracy of the vendor’s input data
  • Utilize information gleaned from analysis to partner with Process Owners and Quality Oversight to discover holes in business processes. Working closely with business partners is a highly matrix environment.
  • Create a mentoring program to help standard quality assurance techniques mature so that the quality program can become more outcome-based.
  • Partners with departments to provide measurements, assess issues, and suggest possibilities for business process improvement

  • Utilize appropriate hardware and software to collect data, run analyses, and create visualizations for users.

Requirements:

  • It is preferable to have an advanced degree or at least 5 years of experience in business analysis or a similar discipline.
  • Preferable experience working for the government, business, or Medicare
  • V-lookups, macros, and pivot tables are advanced Excel skills that are highly preferred.
  • SAS, TOAD, and SQL knowledge are preferred.
  • Outstanding analytical and intellectual thinking abilities

  • Highly organized, meticulous, and well-versed in documentation
  • Experience with statistical analysis of healthcare data and a clear understanding of the procedures used in healthcare and delivery systems
