Position Description:

As they collaborate with the other members of the project team to define and clarify requirements, design the functional solution, identify and address project issues, and guarantee the solution achieves the intended goals, they play a crucial role in the development lifecycle from discovery to implementation. This team member routinely exhibits strong facilitation and interpersonal communication abilities in addition to professionalism, organization, and prioritization abilities.

What you’ll do in this position is:

  • Access data utilizing business intelligence tools for analysis (e.g. Tableau, Microstrategy Visual Insight, SQL, Power BI, etc.)
  • Month-end reports should be created and produced for both internal and external use.
  • Help the department by gathering and arranging the data needed for reporting.
  • Inform the organization’s various levels, including the Executive Leadership, of the outcomes of the analysis.
  • Identify performance benchmarks for services, facilities, and personnel
  • the creation, examination, and interpretation of key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Process Improvement – Constantly evaluate the effectiveness of Operations work flows, practices, processes, procedures, and/or systems in collaboration with Operations Management and Process Innovation professionals. Examine the processes and procedures for operations for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Analyze inventory strategies, performing champion challenger tests, etc.
  • Establish process documentation.

Education

  • It is preferred that you have a bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, or a similar field. Experience requirements may be replaced by relevant education.

Experience

  • three to ten years’ experience in financial or operational analysis.
  • Candidates that have used tools like Tableau, Microstrategy, or Power BI as well as written SQL queries to extract data are preferred.
  • Preferable knowledge in call center operations and/or healthcare
  • outstanding abilities in both spoken and writing communication in both individual and group settings
