With a wide range of analytics capabilities, the Growth Enablement Analytics and Intelligence department supports Sales Growth and Marketing initiatives. In order to assist sales growth, our Advanced Analytics Team provides technical leadership in the use of statistical analysis and the creation of predictive models.

This position will collaborate with our marketing, sales, product, underwriting, finance, and numerous matrix partners while reporting to the Advanced Analytics Senior Manager. The applicant will carry out data queries, feature engineering, statistical analysis, provide insights, and finally create predictive models that spur sales growth (B2B). With a focus on enhanced sales targeting, cross-selling, and retention strategies, the Advanced Analytics team is dedicated to deliver creative ways for initiatives that support our sales and marketing functions.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the business teams for sales, marketing, and underwriting as a consultative sales data partner.
• Use sales data and other types of data to produce queries, data sets, and insights.
• Provide results and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and persuasive manner.
• Assist data analysis for ongoing projects and initiatives as well as urgent business demands.
• Give the data scientists on our team advice on how to choose the best data sources and variables.
• Produce and keep up-to-date thoughtful documentation on the data sources, utilised code, and basic quality control procedures.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills, in-depth query knowledge, and demonstrated data savvy are requirements for this position:
• 3+ years of expertise using SAS and SQL to explore data to create data sets from various sources (AWS, Hadoop, SQL Server)
• Exceptionally talented at creating data extracts/reports and summarizing findings for stakeholder consumption in Excel, Power Point, and Tableau
• Exceptional consultative and communication abilities with non-technical teams and leadership to build relationships and influence business decisions
• Ability to develop basic statistical and trend analyses
• Preferable knowledge of sales and marketing statistics

Whether you intend to work from home on a regular basis or infrequently, you must have an internet connection from a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with minimum download and upload speeds of 10 Mbps and 5 Mbps, respectively.

We anticipate paying this position’s annual compensation between 72,800 and 121,400 USD, based on important aspects like experience and location.

Additionally, it is anticipated that this position will qualify for the yearly bonus program.
