Responsibilities:
- Working with important stakeholders and leaders in Client Management and GS&C for US, manage the target-setting process for all markets and merchants across the country.
- Analyze important business performance data in-depth, emphasizing patterns and identifying implications and business prospects.
- Work together to develop the goal strategy framework and KPI targets with key business partners across GMS MS-U.S., such as regional general managers, client management SVPs/VPs, pricing, and finance.
- Consult with important stakeholders in a proactive manner to establish plans, methodology for measurement and analysis, and apps to assess how well new strategies and tactics are working to meet important company needs.
- To maintain consistency, collaborate and align with numerous teams, such as other Regional Planning & Reporting Teams, Finance, Pricing, and other GMS teams.
- Support yearly procedures like target-setting, scorecard creation, forecasting, and planning.
- Aid in the assessment of the reporting that is already being done, finding chances to promote automation, get rid of duplication, and fix reporting gaps.
Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and excellence in delivery
- Having the capacity to understand facts, offer insightful explanations, and produce pertinent analyses
- Project management and problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility and adaptability to shifting company needs and priorities
- Able to function well in a dynamic environment with many competing priorities.
- The capacity to respond quickly to requests from top leadership
- Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service and the ability and willingness to help timely problem solving in a global setting
- Experience with SAS, Python, and/or Hive programming a plus
- Experience in reporting to audiences that range from middle management to senior leadership is a plus.
- Excel at PowerPoint is a plus
- Experience developing Tableau dashboards is a plus.
- Preferable prior financial industry experience
- Requires a minimum of two years of business experience
- Bachelor’s degree is necessary, however an MBA or other advanced degree is desirable.
$55,000 to $105,000 per year in salary, plus bonuses and benefits
