A fantastic company is looking for a bookkeeper to work part-time permanently (20 hours a week). You can work from home one day each week and the hours are flexible.
The bookkeeper will mostly handle AP/AR, reconciliations, and certain administrative tasks.
The bookkeeper ought to be likable and a competent team player.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills, the ability to prioritize deals and adapt to sudden changes while remaining diligent, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. One or more years of related experience. The ability to pay attention to detail and follow standard procedures.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and vendor management abilities; AP experience; Self-starter; Capable of Spotting Issues and Solving Issues
- Considerable accounting experience, preferably as a bookkeeper
- Outstanding written, verbal, and social skills – Superb analytical, quantitative, and social capabilities
