DESCRIPTION:
The Senior planner provides planning, pricing, inventory, and revenue support for all sales-driven initiatives. The primary duty is to plan, execute, and optimize all multimedia campaigns for the Miami office. Collaborates with the inventory department to establish pricing and inventory strategies to maximize all of Disney’s Advertising Sales assets. Also collaborates with creative solutions and research to develop complete content packages and sponsorships for Disney’s most important partners.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Accounts are serviced through client communication, including campaign performance, material delivery, and campaign optimization.
- Provide Sales Executives with strategic advice regarding Disney products and platforms.
- Manage complex multimedia campaigns for accounts with high volume, including the creation, strategy, and implementation and optimization phases.
- Daily interaction with all departments associated with the ad sales process to increase productivity (sales, creative brand solutions, booking, traffic, certification, credit & collections, programming, integrations).
- Utilize pricing and inventory strategies to optimize TWDC planning.
- Utilize complex research, market, and branding analyses to successfully drive campaign KPIs.
- Work closely with business intelligence and business operations to document and track monthly and quarterly revenue across all platforms.
- Work closely with the editorial and social teams to develop and implement our digital campaigns.
- Analyze and reconcile with Finance client’s (Disney & FNG) reconciliation letters for ESPN Ad Ops. Monthly TV and Digital account reconciliation.
- Maintenance of the campaigns: Improving time management and workload to ensure everything is running smoothly and efficiently; Monitoring orders and ensuring timely fulfillment. (Interaction with various areas involved in the commercial process); Daily/Weekly campaign status reports to executives and advertisers; Troubleshooting pre-tie or inventory issues with the assistance of the account executive and planning manager.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Four to five years of prior experience in planning.
- Advertising, Marketing, and Business Administration Are the Preferred Industries
- Bachelor’s degree in Advertising or an equivalent field.
- Outstanding oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Capacity to work in a team setting and accept direction to ensure project success
- Capability to anticipate the needs of a team and respond accordingly.

- Capable of following complex instructions with diligence.

- Team player who is proactive, resourceful, and self-motivated.
- Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, are mastered. Knowledge of fundamental research methods (TechEdge, IBOPE)
