Position Description:

A variety of courses and course works, including math, english, physics, chemistry, computer science, and linguistic (Spanish, French…) teachers and tutors, are available at Smart Learning Center LLC in Lynnwood, Washington. For our online learning programs, which are available 24/7, we are searching for more than 500 teachers, instructors, and tutors. Our ideal applicant is motivated, self-driven, and diligent.

Responsibilities:

• Educate kids in accordance with pre-established standards
• Organize, coordinate, and put student learning plans into practice.
• Create a supportive and encouraging environment for online learning
• Engage parents in discussion about their child’s performance through regular reports.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of teaching or tutoring
• Familiar with systems for online education.
• The capacity to be understanding and upbeat around students
• Excellent communication skills both in writing and speaking
• Relevant degrees and certificates as defined by state laws
