An experienced lawyer is needed to join a boutique legal firm that focuses on health care. In this position, you will give advice on licensing, litigation, and regulatory issues as well as help clients with strategy and operations. Responsibilities will also entail negotiating and drafting agreements and aiding with mergers & acquisitions.

Requirements:
- Currently licensed to practice law in Washington State (Oregon and Alaska a bonus) (Oregon and Alaska a plus).
- At least three years of experience in the field of health law, including knowledge of Stark law, anti-kickback laws, false claims laws, privacy and security laws like HIPAA, and regulatory compliance.
