A mid-sized legal practice is looking for a new lawyer with at least two years of expertise in civil litigation. The practice areas of this lawyer will be complex subrogation and catastrophic insurance disputes. The perfect lawyer will have knowledge of discovery, writing motions, appearing in court, taking and/or defending depositions, and trial preparation.

Any civil litigation practice area-experienced lawyers will be taken into consideration by the firm. The attorneys at this firm receive extensive training and coaching.
