Position Description:

Organizational Context: Creates and implements end-to-end information security, IT risk management, and automated capabilities to encourage trustworthy AI practices. Working across several organizations, both internal and external, to satisfy business needs and compliance objectives. Leads cross-departmental efforts in a variety of business/technical functions.

Principal Duties

• Develop and implement secure model development life cycle practices for AI/ML models, including automated white box and black box inspections.
• Combine machine learning operations ecosystems with AI robustness, vulnerability, and stress testing capabilities.
• Assess and appraise open-source AI security libraries for use in enterprise AI stress testing and auditing.
• Create and deploy end-to-end LLM security risk management systems and automated safeguards.
• Machine learning models should be integrated into a variety of application security technologies and processes.
• Drive AI/ML safety system production deployments with cloud-native packaging and deployment strategies like as containers, serverless, CI/CD, and APIs.
• Create and enforce AI/ML and Generative AI application security guidelines.
• Handle AI/ML security system production support and operations.
• Handle cloud deployments and automation frameworks for AI/ML security systems in the cloud.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor of Arts
• 3+ years of experience as a Director on a Data Science Team
• 2+ years of expertise with Adversarial Robustness approaches and machine learning tools.
• Experience with AI Risk Management frameworks and Trustworthy AI practices of at least two years.
• Experience (3+ years) with statistics, machine learning techniques, big data, and data science toolkits.
• 3+ years of expertise building, constructing, and running high-performance AI/ML pipelines, as well as writing production code.
• 3+ years of expertise deploying and operating AI/ML models in public cloud environments.
• 3+ years of expertise assessing open-source machine learning tools, frameworks, and libraries.
