Responsibilities:

• Support, guide, and inspire your hourly workers. Oversee the fulfillment of client delivery, quality, safety, and productivity commitments.
• Work together to build plans to fulfill company objectives with all support teams, such as Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources.
• Push, pull, squat, bend, and reach regularly while lifting up to 49 pounds.
• When working shifts, stand or walk for up to 12 hours.
• Operate in a setting with fluctuating and sometimes loud noise levels
• Work in a setting where the weather and temperature might change quickly (loading departments are located outdoors of delivery stations).
• Climb and descend steps continuously (applicable to sites with stairs)

Requirements:

PRIMARY QUALIFCATIONS

• Experience managing employees and performance for at least two years
• A bachelor’s degree or more than two years of FTE or Blue Badge experience at Amazon
• Work a flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and/or holidays.

DESIDERED SPECIFICATIONS

• Experience with lean approaches, process optimization, or performance metrics for at least a year
