We are seeking exceptional architects, system and software engineers that can develop, promote, execute, and fine-tune cutting-edge solutions for challenges that have never been solved before utilizing ML, Generative AI, and other approaches.

Driving revenue, acceptance, and growth from the largest and fastest-growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level clients, including the public sector, is the responsibility of AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS). Working with leading businesses, the AWS Global assistance team is convinced that providing top-notch assistance is essential to the success of its clients. Additionally, AWS Support collaborates with a long list of international clients who use AWS services to develop vital applications.

Responsibilities:

In this position, you will: • Provide our customers with a scalable cloud environment where they can label data, create, train, tune, and deploy their models; this will be accomplished by utilizing ML and Generative AI tools like Amazon SageMaker and Amazon Bedrock.
Work closely with account teams, research scientist teams, and product engineering teams to drive model implementations and new algorithms. Collaborate with our data scientists to create and fine-tune scalable ML and Generative AI solutions for business problems. Engage directly with customers to understand their problems and assist them in implementing their ML ecosystem. Analyze and extract pertinent information from vast amounts of historical data to help automate and optimize key processes.

Requirements:

PRIMARY QUALIFCATIONS

  • A bachelor’s degree in computer science or a closely related technical, mathematical, or scientific discipline (or comparable experience)
  • At least one year of experience with public cloud computing in AWS or other large cloud providers;
  • Experience coding in Python, R, Matlab, Java, or another modern programming language;
  • Relevant experience building large scale enterprise IT systems in a production environment;
  • Experience hosting and deploying ML solutions (e.g., for training, fine tuning, and inferences)

DESIDERED SPECIFICATIONS

  • Strong working knowledge of deep learning, machine learning, and statistics;
  • Master’s or PhD degree in computer science, or a relevant technical, mathematical, or scientific field;
  • Practical experience with deep learning (e.g., CNN, RNN, LSTM, Transformer)
  • Proficiency in communication and data presentation
  • At ease operating in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and dynamic work setting
